Required Materials for Students

While all classes are held in-person, students will need access to basic technology to fully participate in class activities and projects. Please ensure your child brings the following to each session:

• Laptop: A personal laptop capable of connecting to WiFi and running a modern web browser is required for most activities.
  

• Web Browser: Students should have an up-to-date web browser installed (such as Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge).
  

• Charger: A charger compatible with their laptop. We encourage students to charge their laptops before class as charging stations may be limited.

Code of Conduct

Respect for All: Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness and respect at all times, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Bullying of any kind—including verbal, physical, social, or cyberbullying—will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any reports of bullying will be taken seriously and may result in immediate removal from the program.

Positive Participation: Students are expected to participate actively, listen to others, and encourage their peers, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.

Safe and Supportive Environment: Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior—including harassment, discrimination, or exclusion—will result in disciplinary action, which may include removal from the program.

Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that students understand and follow Achiever Academy’s Code of Conduct.
